The % is the bonus given by your technologies...so you have lvl 3 if it says 30% (the bonus is inlcuded in the number shown in the CR).
This doesn't exactly answer your question, but it might be interesting as it's related: Fire power guide Now, to (try and) answer your question...every ship has a stat for it's weapon, shield and armour values. These are modified (+10% of base level) for every level of weapon, shield and armour tech you have. Each ship fires once per turn, with the weapon power it has (ships with rapid fire can fire more...but let's not go into that >_>), the enemy fleet's shields absorb as much fire as they can...
Yeah I'd be amazed if all the top fleets didn't have at least 300 probes found on expeditions... That is a really sick number of BS you've got already ^^
Congrats on the first HoF of the uni guys There really are some nice fleets in the unis now...it's quite annoying ._. Moved to the HoF section ^^
xD ingame adds never bothered me Anyway...about the survey, it would be great if GF listens to the players, and gives them what they want, but after all the I've seen from GF over the years, I would be very surprised if they did anything other than what they want to do, regardless of what the results of this survey are.
Actually...come to think about it, if you'd rather not have to start exactly from scratch, I think I still have my old Barym acc to give away...about 48k points, so nothing special...but you can have it if you want it ^^
Exactly the same as in any other universe >_> You send your RIPs to the moon on the moon destruction mission, the number of them and the size of the moon determine the chance that the moon will be destroyed (and the size of the moon determines the chance that you will lose your RIPs). EDIT: Totally saw the snipe coming, but I can always delete Kebab's post ._. Also, I should point out I'm in Barym, using chrome and I can see moon sizes just fine (no add-ons)

Fiestas are the best small, first car imo ^^ 106 is pretty basic, don't like it...saxo is a 106, but slightly better looking...clios are pretty crappy, puntos drive horribly, corsas, well the mk2 onwards look ok, but well, I remember Dad had one as a courtesy car once, and after a day of driving it, he said bugger that, and started using my brother's fiesta instead while his car was being repaired (some dumbass has driven into it when it was parked...).
