III. Account exchange
Account Exchanges within a single universe must be done with the assistance of a GameOperator.
No complaints will be processed in cases where the players do not change their e-mail addresses and passwords after inter-universe exchanges or free accounts giveaways. Note that the only complaints considered will be the ones that come from the owner of a given accounts permanent email address.
Once a given account changes its owner, 28 days must pass before it changes ownership again. After a new owner takes over a given account he should change the dynamic e-mail address and the password within the first 12 hours after the account switched owners.
III. Account exchange
All Account Exchanges /- GiveAways must be done with the assistance of a GameOperator.
The owner of the account has to submit a ticket, including the email that should be put as permanent into the account. When two accounts are exchanged, both owners need to submit a ticket, including the other owners email.
Note that once this ticket has been sumbitted, you may not change your mind and give/exchange the account to/with someone else.
For security accounts should be placed in v-mode while being exchanged / given away.
No complaints will be processed in cases where the players have not contacted the GameOperator.
